Recommendation and Review

On October 13, 2020 Council amended the ordinance to extend the expiration date of the emergency ordinance to December 13, 2020 as well as exempting government property from the ordinance.    At that meeting Council had requested a review of this amendment for possible further amendments depending on the number of cases in the city at the November 10, 2020 City Council Meeting.
