Recommendation and Review

On April 6, 2020, City Council adopted an emergency ordinance that addressed changes to deadlines, modifications to public meetings and public hearings, and other city practices. City Council confirmed, readopted, and continued the emergency ordinance on September 8, 2020. State Code requires that such emergency ordinances expire if not renewed from time to time by the governing body.
