Recommendation and Review

The City has entered into a grant agreement with the Virginia Department of Historical Resources (VDHR) to serve as the fiscal agent for a grant that was awarded to the Northeast Neighborhood Association (NENA). VDHR awarded the grant from state ARPA funds to rehabilitate and renovate the historic Dallard-Newman House.
