Recommendation and Review

Section 8-1-11 of the City Code of the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia provides that the Harrisonburg Electric Commission (“HEC”) shall have the right, subject to approval by the Harrisonburg City Council, to purchase in the name of the City any real estate deemed necessary by HEC for the enlargement, maintenance, equipment, or management of HEC.
