Recommendation and Review

This supplemental appropriation will appropriate funds for a number of city projects and operating budgets. As detailed more fully in the attached Memorandum, funds will be appropriated to the General Fund, General Capital Projects Fund, Stormwater Capital Projects Fund and the School Capital Projects Fund.

Code Section 15.2-2507 requires a public hearing for budget amendments that exceed 1% of the budget.
