Consider adopting a resolution to approve the Harrisonburg Department of Public Transportation’s Title VI Program

This is the proposed resolution formalizing City Council's approval and adoption of the
City of Harrisonburg Department of Transportation's Title VI Program and LEP
Assessment. The Title VI Program and LEP Assessment need council's approval of
the program by resolution that is required under U.S. Department of Transportation
regulations.
