Background: The 10th annual Rocktown Beer & Music Festival is a craft beer and live music festival at Turner Pavilion and Park. The event is planned from 3-8pm and draws 3,000-3,500 participants. The event requires the closure of Warren St., and the use of the Municipal Building and City Hall parking lots.

This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on February 17, 2022.

The total cost of this event is estimated to be around $4000. The event organizer is responsible for payment of applicable charges.

Key Issues:

- PW Support (street closures, no parking signage, flusher truck, sweeper, roll off container)

- HPD Support (off-duty officers)

- HFD Support (Command Post, Fire Marshal, EMS bike team)

- Community Development - stage permits

- Commissioner of Revenue - show/business license

- COI and endorsement to be submitted prior to the event

- ABC permit will be submitted prior to the event
