Recommendation and Review
On April 13, 2021Council approved the closure of ½ of the alley and conveyed it to Christopher and Susan Versen after the second reading on September 28, 2021. The Fergusons are the property owners that abut the other half of the alley way and are now ready to proceed. The Fergusons will be conveying 275 square feet to the City as partial consideration. This will be the second hearing.
