Recommendation and Review
The VRPS Conference Social is a private event held at Turner Pavilion. Harrisonburg Parks & Recreation is hosting the annual statewide conference at Hotel Madison. The Monday night social will allow conference delegates to network and socialize.
This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on September 23, 2021.
The total cost of this event is estimated to be $1500.
Key Issues:
- PW Support (No parking signage, barricades, flusher & sweeper trucks)
- HPD Support (off-duty officers)
- COI, endorsement, ABC permit to be submitted prior to the event
