Recommendation and Review
Funds that were originally transferred to the Water Capital Projects Fund to continue funding the eastern source water supply project will be reallocated back to the Water Fund. This reallocation is necessary so that budgeted funds are available to make a first debt service payment on the recently issued bonds for the project.
