Amendment to the 2020 CDBG Action Plan

Recommendation and Review
This public hearing is required by HUD to receive citizen comments on an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant 2020 Action Plan. Staff Proposes that the second round of CDBG CARES Act funding available to the city ($326,630) be allocated to the project entitled, “Homeless Services Property Acquisition”. Staff will make a short presentation, to be followed by a public hearing and a seven day public comment period. There is no action needed on this item at this time.
