Recommendation and Review
The City received an unsolicited PPEA proposal in July 2020 for the restoration of a portion of Blacks Run located on City property at the Public Works complex. In September 2020 City Council accepted this proposal at the conceptual phase and opened a 45-day public solicitation period. During the solicitation period other parties could review the project and submit to the City their proposal for consideration. The City received one (1) competing proposal for this project.
