Recommendation and Review

This is the 10^th Annual Valley 4^th Run, in downtown Harrisonburg. Proceeds from the run benefit local nonprofit organizations. The organizer, VA Momentum, is requesting to use Downtown Course B for their event this year.

This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on April 15, 2021.

The total cost of this event is estimated between $3,000-3,500. The event organizer is responsible for payments to HPD off-duty officers.
