On September 23, 2020 the city clerk received notice that Mr. Jon “Jake” Guinn sold his towing business and no longer is able to serve on the board. Sgt. Westfall reached out and obtained another tow operator interested in serving in Mr. Guinn’s vacancy. The application is attached. No other applications are on file.
