Recommendation and Review
The thirty day public comment period had ended and staff proposes that the following amendment made to the CDBG 2020 Action Plan: $250,000 that was allocated to the 2020 Small Business Grant and Loan project shall be move to the NEW Mercy House Rental Assistance project.
