Recommendation and Review
On February 26, 2019, City Attorney Brown presented an ordinance to enact law enforcement requested towing regulations. The ordinance was approved on first reading, however it was held for second reading until the Towing Board could be created. We are still in need of two citizens to complete the board. Attached are all applications received since the February 25, 2020 City Council meeting.
