Recommendation and Review
Harrisonburg City Code Section 7-4-3 provides for a penalty of 10% for utility bills (water, sewer, solid waste disposal) which are not paid in a timely manner. This ordinance provides relief from that penalty for customers directly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
