Recommendation and Review
Ms. Rachel M. Drescher has served as Acting Zoning Administrator since February 27, 2019 and has accepted the position of Zoning Administrator of the City of Harrisonburg.
As per Section 10-3-24 of the Code of the City of Harrisonburg states that the Zoning Administrator is to be designated by resolution by the City Council;
