Consider adopting a resolution setting new rates for emergency medical services transportation

Recommendation and Review

City Council last set the rates for emergency medical services transportation on August 25, 2009.

City Council first adopted rates for emergency medical services transportation on August 25, 2009. For nearly a decade, the city has maintained the original 2009 rates. The new rates, as requested by the Harrisonburg Fire Department, are in line with the rates charged by Rockingham County for similar services.
