As required by the Assessment of Fair Housing joint document with Harrisonburg’s CDBG program and the HRHA, this presentation is a summary of Fair Housing regulations. This annual obligation serves the purpose of informing city staff, council, HRHA board members, and citizens of basic fair housing regulations and enforcement resources.
