Recommendation and Review
The Fall Fling is an “annual gathering of automotive enthusiasts” organized by Madison Automotive Apprentices that is planned for 10/19/19 from 9am-11am in the City Hall parking lot. 60-75 participants are expected.
The event would require the use of the City Hall parking lot.
This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on 03/21/19.
A cost estimate is not available for this event. Public Works will post no parking signage in the City Hall lot on the same day signs are posted for Skeleton Festival.

- Proof of insurance and food vendor lists will be submitted prior to event
