Attached is a letter from the General Manager, Brian O’Dell, with the Harrisonburg Electric Commission’s for consideration to fill a vacancy on the board. One application received is for consideration to re-appoint Mr. David Frackleton to a second term which expired December 31, 2018 and applications for two other candidates to consider for the vacant position. The new term will expire on March 12, 2022.
