Recommendation and Review
Update: On January 8th, 2019 Council tabled this item and asked for complete applications on all applicants as well as at least six applications for the two vacancies on the board. The clerk has received 5 applications and a 1 reappointment request for Mr. Frackelton for a second term to expire on December 31, 2021.
On December 11, 2018 council decided to table these appointments until additional applications were received and additional nominations were received from HEC. Attached is the updated letter of nominations and the original re-appointment request of Mr. David Frackleton.
(previous meeting) Attached are two letters from the General Manager, Brian O’Dell, with the Harrisonburg Electric Commission’s consideration for the re-appointment of Mr. David Frackelton to a second term to expire on December 31, 2021 and a list of candidates to consider for Mr. Bill Culbreth’s position who’s 2nd term expires on December 31, 2018
