Ellen Harrison, Community Services Board executive director, contacted the deputy city clerk notifying her that Geraldine Rush had passed away creating a vacancy to fill her unexpired term of July 1, 2020. The deputy city clerk has received one application of interest. There are no other applications on file. On December 11, 2018 council tabled this appointment to wait for new council to act.
