Recommendation and Review
There are two vacancies on the PRAC, Joshua Humphries resigned in August of 2018, leaving a vacancy for the east side for a term to expire December 31, 2021. The other vacancy is for Mr. Joseph Riley’s position in the west side as he has served two consecutive terms, expiring on December 31,2018. On December 11, 2018 council tabled this agenda item pending additional applications. The city clerk has received four applications to fill both the east and the west side vacancies. There are no other applications on file.
