Recommendation and Review
The deputy city clerk received two reappointment applications from Marian Lebherz who is serving an unexpired term to expire on December 31, 2018 and Chance Ebersold whose first term expire December 31, 2018. If approved the appointments would expire on December 31, 2021. There are no other applications on file. On December 11, 2018 council tabled this item pending new council action.
Also as a records keeping matter, Jim Baker was listed as a member as per the ordinance which states “the streets superintendent or his designee”, therefore, Tom Hartman, director of Public Works has asked that Erin Yancey be his designee.
