Recommendation and Review
During the January 2, 2019 City Council Reorganization meeting, city manager Eric Campbell and deputy city manager Ande Banks were appointed to the Metropolitan Planning Organization. Mr. Banks should have been appointed as alternate to Mr. Campbell. A request is being submitted to appoint Harrisonburg Transportation Department director Reggie Smith, as second executive staff member, with Gerald Gatobu as his alternate, as shown on the original agenda item
