Mayor Reed, Council Member Hirschmann and Council Member Byrd had served on the commission. City Manager Campbell and Reggie Smith, director of public transportation serve as staff members on the commission. Ande Banks, deputy city manager, and Gerald Gatobu, assistant director of public transportation, serve as alternates.
