Recommendation and Review

Due to the passage of the state budget after the city had approved its Fiscal Year 2019 budget, the HCPS was subsequently allocated an additional $193,317 in state revenue. It was agreed upon that the additional state revenue (if any materialized) would reduce the city’s appropriation. There will be no impact on the HCPS expenditure budget as it only impacts the revenue (source of funds) side of the school budget
