Recommendation and Review
On October 24, 2017 a Memorandum of Understanding and a report on the scope of the fluoridation project was presented to council, as well as an amended ordinance for Section 7-2-20. The MOU and ordinance was approved, and second reading for the ordinance was on hold until the system improvement project was complete. (See Agenda Item ID 17-221). The project is now complete and the ordinance is ready for second reading.
