Recommendation and Review

Planning Commission recommended approval (7-0) of the special use permit per Section 10-3-40 (7) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow occupancy of not more than four on the 5,908+/- square foot property identified as tax map 25-G-16, with the following condition:

 

                     All vehicles shall be able to turn around on the property and connot back out onto South High Street.
