Recommendation and Review
HDR is requesting the closure of Main St. for trick-or-treating at downtown businesses from 4-6pm; the closure of Warren St.; as well as the use of Turner Pavilion & Park. This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on 3/22/18.
