Recommendation and Review
This is the second year the Arc of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County is hosting Arctoberfest at Turner Pavilion and Park. The event requires the closure of Warren St and the use of the Turner Pavilion and Park. This application was reviewed and approved by city staff on 3/22/18 with minor modification made to requested event spaces. See application and event map for notes on modifications.
