Consider approving a refund request for 2017 business personal property tax body

TAXPAYER A filed a business personal property return in 2017 for a business use sports utility vehicle (SUV). TAXPAYER A also paid the personal property tax. TAXPAYER A billed the lessee and determined that the SUV had been sold in 2016 and provided proof of the sale. TAXPAYER A is requesting a refund of the personal property and vehicle license fee paid. Also another vehicle was sold during 2017 and the $40 vehicle license fee will be included with the refund. Amount of refund: $ 2858.65.
