Recommendation and Review
The deputy city clerk has had some difficulty understanding individual names and addresses while transcribing the minutes from the audio and video feed. To ensure that all individuals that speak are properly recorded, the deputy city clerk is asking council to request that anyone who speaks print their name on a sign-in sheet that will be placed at the speaker podium, the speaker will have the option to include the speakers address.
