Recommendation and Review

Planning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat with variances to allow the applicant not to construct required street improvements along Mount Clinton Pike, Acorn Drive and North Liberty Street along the frontages of the residual parcel located within the City. The property is identified as tax map parcel 44-C-2. .
