Recommendation and Review
Two members of the Shenandoah Valley Workforce Development Board, Andrew Breeding and Wes Dove have moved out of the city, and therefore have created vacancies among the board as the city of Harrisonburg representatives. Since the board is reserved for private sector representatives from the City of Harrisonburg, the Board requests the nomination of Kai Degner of James Madison University Outreach & Engagement to serve on the Board with a recommended term of four years, to expire June 30, 2021
