Recommendation and Review
This report is for informational purposes only and it is recognized that Harrisonburg City Public Schools has not yet finalized their plans or timing for this project. That being said, the past several weeks have seen a number of reports in the local media about the project and the possible need to acquire additional land. Recognizing the costs associated with the same, it is appropriate to present Council with a preliminary report on the financial implications of these possible projects.
The attached memorandum to Council constitutes the preliminary report.
