Recommendation and Review
Applicant is requesting that Villa Drive, Pine Court, Spruce Court, Hawthorne Court and Shank Drive all be vacated as part of the Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community (VMRC) in association with the Proposed Master Plan Amendment to the VMRC campus, with the purpose of updating and redeveloping a portion of the Park Village section. Application Fee has been received, the application and the plat are attached.
