Recommendation and Review
SVPF will be held on Court Square, drawing 2,000 to 3,000 attendees, Public Works will close the roads around Court Square, except Main Street. Harrisonburg Police Department will provide road closure support. The organizers have been informed they must notify surrounding businesses, churches, and offices. The organizers will provide water and a cooling station for attendee.
