Recommendation and Review
As stipulated in City Code section 4-1-36 and the Code of Virginia 58.1-3940, which stipulates the duration of time taxes can be collected, the Treasurer requests from Council that 1994-1995 real estate taxes, and 2009 personal property taxes be removed from current collection accounts.
