Recommendation and Review

Planning Commission recommended approval (6-0) of the Special Use Permit to allow for the reduction in required parking spaces on the 39,154+/- square feet property identified as tax map parcel 36-M-11, with the following condition:

 

The SUP allowing a reduction in required parking shall only be applicable to the uses proposed in the application.
