Gerald Bland's term expires December 31, 2014 and is eligible for another term. Mr. Bland is interested in serving another term and his reappointment application is attached. A new application has been attached for another individual interested in serving.
Historically, in Council election years Council has waited until its reorganization meeting on January 2 to make board and commission appointments for terms expiring on December 31 of the election year.
