Recommendation and Review
A request to amend the Zoning Ordinance to amend the definition of “shopping center” in Section 10-2-24 and to add “shopping centers” to Section 10-3-25 (17) to provide a parking calculation for shopping centers. The intent is to codify a standing interpretation for the application of Sections 10-3-25 and 10-3-27 to developments that qualify as a shopping center.
