Recommendation and Review
Skeleton Fest is replacing Halloween on the Square with an all ages Halloween community festival featuring trick-or-treating at downtown businesses for children from 2 - 4 p.m. and then additional entertainment and activities for all ages at Turner Pavilion from 4 - 9 p.m. Streets would be closed approximately from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. around Court Square and along Main Street from Wolfe Street to Martin Luther King Way.
