Recommendation and Review

This public hearing is for council to consider approval of the 2023 CDBG Action Plan. A 30-day Public Comment Period was completed on May 1^st and no additional comments were received beyond what was heard at the March 28^th public hearing at the council meeting.

Proposed funding categories include:

•                     Housing Rehabilitation                                                               $140,000

•                     Public Service Activities                                                               $ 76,041

•                     Public Facilities                                                                                    $ 252,516.28

•                     Program Administration and Planning                     $ 101,389

TOTAL                                                                                                         $569,946.28

If council approval is obtained, the Annual Action Plan will be submitted to HUD for final approval.
