Recommendation and Review
The Fire & Iron, station 79, is a firefighter’s motorcycle club that meets every 2 years. Harrisonburg is the host for their National Presidents meeting from July 27-31. The event organizers are asking for a police escort on Saturday, July 30. The ride will start within City limits and go into Rockingham County and culminate downtown.
This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on June 2, 2022.
The total cost of this event is estimated to be around $1000. The event organizer is responsible for payment of applicable charges.
