Recommendation and Review

Planning Commission recommended (4-3) approval of Option 2, Homestays and Short Term Rentals, with modifications to the number of allowed Homestay overnight stays from 45 overnights to 90 overnights, and to remove the requirement that the operator of the Homestay shall be present during the lodging period.
