Recommendation and Review
The Director of Public Utilities is requesting approval to write off 312 Utility Bills and 9 A/R Bills between July 1, 2023 and June 20, 2024. The total value of these accounts is $37,247.62 or .15% of the total billings for that period. These accounts will remain in collections and will be re-entered into account receivable by journal voucher should they become collectable. These accounts have been thoroughly reviewed by Public Utilities, Finance, Real Estate, and Human Resources.
