Recommendation and Review

As part of a potential expansion project, Christian Light Publications, Inc. is interested in relocating the existing electric utilities on their property. The City Attorney’s Office and HEC have worked with Christian Light Publications on new easements for the relocated utilities; however, City Council approval is required in order to vacate the existing easements.
